You can do this by doing the following:
1. Selecting all of the songs from that album in iTunes
2. Choose "get info" (right click on a PC)
3. Check the "artwork" checkbox
4. Double click on the white space next to the artwork checkbox
5. Choose your album art image.
6. Click ok, sync and enjoy!
